• $40 Non-Refundable Application Fee (and $40 Co-Signer/Guarantor Application Fee if applicable)
• $100 Holding Fee due at time of application.
• Deposit ranges from $300 to two months' rent (based on credit/employment/rental history).
• Renter's insurance is required.
• Leases less than 12 months may require an additional short-term lease premium fee. Please contact the leasing office for details.
